To be used alongside our Ruby Cosmetics Pigment Powders to create a long lasting chrome or glittery manicure. 

Our LED/UV Base Coat protects the natural nail and allows the Ruby Cosmetics Pigment Powders to adhere to the nail, and will prevent any staining. 

How to use:

  1. Prep nails with Ruby Cosmetics Nail Buffer.
  2. Apply a thin layer of the Ruby Cosmetics LED/UV Base Coat.
  3. Set for 60 seconds under Ruby Cosmetics LED/UV Lamp.
  4. Continue with the steps to create either the glitter or chrome effect.
  5. Apply a thin layer of the Ruby Cosmetics LED/UV Top Coat.
